As a new mom, I’ve watched a lot of TV.

Recovering from childbirth, cluster feedings, and having a baby who only wanted to be held for naps means I spent countless hours on the couch.

I’ve watched, and loved, a good share of TV classics, like The Office and Friends. But, since becoming a mother, I’ve started to gravitate towards shows that focus on motherhood.

Here are 4 Netflix Shows For New Moms To Binge Watch that will have you laughing, crying, and helping the time pass as you care for your precious newborn.

4 Netflix Shows For New Moms To Binge Watch

# 1 – Jane The Virgin

I love Jane The Virgin. It’s such an engaging show. If you love soapy dramas, then you’re sure to love Jane The Virgin. There are a ton of episodes on Netflix and the last season just started on The CW. It’s the perfect show to binge watch so you can zone out and relax for a little while. It’s definitely addicting- I flew threw this show like it was my job.

# 2 – Workin’ Moms

Workin’ Moms is a hilarious show that all new moms (and dads!) can totally relate to. Kyle and I enjoyed watching this one together at night. It’s an easy and funny show to watch. Although I’m a Stay At Home Mom, I felt a lot of things they depicted in the show.

# 3 – The Letdown

The Letdown is a little more serious than Workin’ Moms. It focuses on how hard motherhood can be. But it is still lighthearted, too. It’s a good mix of serious and funny. And how life with a newborn can be messy and beautiful at the same time.

# 4 – Ali Wong: Baby Cobra

Ali Wong: Baby Cobra is the perfect comedy special when you want to watch something stupid and laugh. It’s a good show to watch to help your mind take a break from the craziness of motherhood.
